Ensure you are logged in to your WordPress admin panel.
Step 1: Got to Products on the left hand menu
Step 2: Click Products
Step 3: Select the product you want to display a Linked Product
Step 4: Click Linked Products
Step 5: Select the up/cross sell products you want
